Every effort has been made to ensure that the electronic version of the Local Development Framework is as accurate as possible. However, in some instances, the appearance of the Proposals Map online may differ slightly from the paper version due to issues with electronic displays. If users are in any doubt about the content of the Proposals Map please verify the information by referring to the published paper edition as this represents the definitive version of the LDF.

Trees that grow in council owned property (such as trees in council house gardens, leisure centres and schools) or on public open spaces are protected as they are deemed as council property. It illegal to cut down, uproot, prune or damage trees on council owned sites without the council's prior consent: Please contact Tree Services (Arboricultural Services) if you have any queries or would like advice about tree care and maintenance of council owned trees.
